I visit =Poundland in Sheffield mant times the last two times Iost points due to machine fault don't other using there machines it's not worth it there points are ending soon anyway I was told bye staff

I could not get my points on machine has machine was not. Working so disgusting lost many points due to this machine error

Dear Poundland, I have been excluded from the Poundland store here in Leamington Spa for stating a humorous quotation from my Oxford Dictionary of Humorous Quotations. As today is the 31st of July, it's been a month I have been banned from the store, and they are trying to wreck the year 2025 for me.

I would like to complain about a member of staff you have working in Kettering, Northamptonshire, called Danielle Lilley. On a few accounts, I have seen her buying drugs in her work uniform. I do not think that is very appropriate.

When I want to exchange an item it doesn't matter what it is they will not change it I find this very bad service

I am not happy with one of your stores, in Roman Road , Bow E3. One of the staff member was rude to my relative who is showing signs of dementia.

She went to the store by accident to return a feather duster , which was not bought at the store .

The staff member of Asian origin in Asian attire with a black head scarf, had spoken rudely to her.

I support my sister because she needs help and support with shopping etc. she regularly shops at this store between 4-5 days a week.

I bought 200 pounds' worth of Steam cards today. They don't work.

I took them back to the store in Scunthorpe town centre. The staff there were so rude, they didn't even help to check them or look at them. The cards were activated through the till but didn't work when I tried them.

They said the cards were already used and not working properly. I'm not happy.

We have not received the delivery and DPD have advised they tried to deliver but we were not in.

This is now the second day they have not delivered the items and they HAVE NOT come to the property as we have been here for 2 days waiting for the delivery.

Refund in full requested as we travel back to Wales at the weekend and are therefore not in a position to have any other option.

When to buy some solar lights bought 2 sets and was changed for 3 at £5 each which should of cost me £10 but I was charged £15 I didn't realise until I was on the bus home when I checked the receipt so they owe me £5 (k.obee)

My bank has said they have stopped pay ment but 2000 some foreign currency has been taken out but my basket says its empty were do I stand now
